I *must* share with you guys this mind-blowing recipe as it may just be the best salad I've ever had!
Whether you want to impress your guests next time, or just have a simple, healthy meal today, this cherry salad is something I promise you'll fall in love with.
It's sweet and sour and spicy all at the same time and only requires 3 ingredients + seasoning. Have a try!
Ingredients
250g cherries
1 large bunch fresh coriander, chopped
3 tbsp sliced jalapeño (or other mild green chilli) (preserved in water and vinegar, drained)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cherry vinegar (or replace with raspberry, or apple cider vinegar)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Deseed the cherries and transfer to a salad bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix. Serve as a side dish.
